Adecco is recruiting for an entry-level manufacturing role with a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio. No experience required, with a clear pathway to permanent placement after 60 days. You’ll join a safety-focused team on the assembly line, receiving training and opportunities for career growth.

Pay starts at $17.00/hour on 1st shift and $18.00/hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with overtime available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No manufacturing experience necessary; entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand through shift with regular breaks.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime when needed.
