Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive parts plant in Blanchester, Ohio to fill entry-level manufacturing roles. No experience is required, and a strong focus on safety and quality is emphasized as you join the assembly team. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Pay starts at $17.00/hour and $18.00/hour depending on shift, with overtime and potential for permanent placement after 60 days. Benefits and growth opportunities are available, and Saturday overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level positions available with no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand throughout your shift with regular breaks.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary and Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• As a vital contributor to the assembly line in a safety-focused environment.
• Support manufacturing quality and efficiency on the production line.
• Participate in training programs to prepare for permanent placement after 60 days.
