The Fisher Organization, representing the New England division of American Income Life, seeks an Entry-Level Manager on a fully remote Leadership Development Track. You will coach a team of agents, contribute to sales strategy, and develop into a high-impact leader, all from a remote setting.

Key elements include hands-on sales leadership, mentorship, and fast-track growth with performance-based advancement. No degree required, but prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial.

• Natural leadership ability and a desire to help others succeed.
• Great communication and people skills, especially over Zoom and other digital platforms.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• A self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach.
