Matric Group is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. No prior maintenance experience is required, and training is provided to the right candidate with a good work ethic.

The role involves basic building and equipment maintenance, routine inspections, and assisting with repairs under supervision. Valid driver's license is preferred; high school diploma or GED required. We offer growth and hands-on learning in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Must be mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic repair skills.
• Perform basic building and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems under supervision.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies.
• Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
• Possess a valid driver
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
