Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, an affiliate of Matric Group, is an electronic contract manufacturer located in Freeport, PA. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our facilities with preventive maintenance, equipment programming, and basic facility services.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in plant maintenance or related trades, and the ability to work independently while ensuring safety and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years or more plant maintenance experience preferred.
• General understanding of heating, plumbing, electric and carpentry in a plant setting.
• Establish and maintain maintenance logs and perform routine preventive maintenance per manufacturers' specs.
• Program machines and be familiar with tools of the trade.
• Provide general service to facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to service requests with programming, tracking, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Process improvement and tracking skills required.
• May order stencils, parts, or equipment as directed.
• Understand machine operations and safety.
• Be mechanically inclined and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Program machines assigned and utilize tools of the trade.
• Provide general service to facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to service requests by performing programming, tracking, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support process improvement and tracking initiatives.
• Order stencils, parts, or equipment as directed.
• Maintain understanding of machine operations and safety.
• Work independently with mechanical aptitude.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role
