Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Maple Grove and Seltice Place Apartments in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls, Idaho. No prior experience is required; we provide training and support to help you succeed.

In this role you will perform preventive maintenance on buildings, complete apartment turns quickly without sacrificing quality, keep work areas clean and organized, maintain inventory, and handle seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn basic maintenance across multiple trades.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and apartment turns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings.
• Complete apartment turns in a timely manner.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
