Job summary

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree in Industrial technology or advanced manufacturing and 1+ years of maintenance experience, with strong mechanical, welding, and electrical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Industrial technology or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• 1+ years maintenance experience required, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical repair, welding, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with production personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures
• Install new equipment and perform building maintenance as directed
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs using various tools and techniques
• Collaborate with outside contractors to ensure proper maintenance and repairs
