Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance/repair experience in manufacturing desirable.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely use hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills and small hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and read machine schematics; familiarity with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities under supervision.
• Inspect and repair mechanical equipment using a variety of tools.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
• Share information with supervisor and team; troubleshoot problems.
• Organize parts and materials; read basic machine schematics with guidance.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs; work with other departments to ensure success.
