Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to use hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps and other small tools safely and effectively.
• Willing to learn to use measuring equipment (0.001" accuracy) to diagnose wear or damage in machine parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks including scheduled preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using various tools.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures in daily activities.
• Read machine schematics and operate with minimal guidance.
• Organize parts and materials; assist with cross‑department coordination as needed.
• Display a positive team player approach and support management objectives.
