This role involves basic drafting of records, participating in special projects, and learning a variety of technical tasks in a manufacturing setting. The position requires reading schematics, using hand and power tools, and following safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in maintenance/repair of industrial equipment desirable.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to use hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, presses, drills and small tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and scheduled PMs under supervision.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Follow OSHA requirements and practice safety for all duties.
• Read basic machine schematics with minimal guidance.
• Organize parts and materials, lift and move heavy items as needed.
