Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 1–2 years' maintenance/repair experience in manufacturing.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read basic machine schematics with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; measuring equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment with various tools.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
• Share information with supervisor and team clearly.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
• Organize and manage parts and materials; read schematics.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs; collaborate with other departments.
• Display a team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Other duties as assigned.
