Job summary
Alloy Precision Technologies in Mentor, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support both inside and outside the facility, keeping production equipment and utility systems running safely and reliably. You will diagnose issues, perform routine repairs with hand and power tools, coordinate with Manufacturing Services, follow AS9100 and regulatory requirements, and drive the company van when required.
A HS diploma and broad maintenance skills are needed; PLCs/HVAC/electrical/plumbing/welding
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma and a solid maintenance background.
- Training or certification in PLCs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or welding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Follow APT policies and procedures at all times.
- Coordinate maintenance programs and activities to support daily operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Recommend purchases of supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Work safely and set an example for others in the shop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot to identify root causes of mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with all personnel and monitor equipment condition.
- Support production activities and assist as needed.
- Drive the company van or support approved business activities when required.
