Maintenance Technician | 1st Shift | $25/Hour | Industrial Maintenance | Welding & Mechanical Repair

Job duties for Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, plating tanks, pumps, heaters, and facility equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain pumps, piping, plumbing, and other production systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform basic electrical repairs on equipment up to 220 volts.
- Assist with welding and light fabrication projects, including repairing tanks and building equipment as needed.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before equipment failures occur.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Climb ladders and work throughout the facility to complete maintenance projects.
- Perform general facility repairs and assist with equipment installations.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemical processing systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements for Maintenance Technicians:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience repairing pumps, piping, production equipment, and facility systems preferred.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (up to 220 volts).
- Welding and light fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform the physical demands of the position.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma/GED
Shift for Maintenance Technician:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Average of 45-50 hours per week
- Overtime available as needed
Pay for Maintenance Technician:
Starting pay of approximately $25.00/hour, based on experience.
