Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will support facility operations by performing comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment. This role ensures maximum operational efficiency and equipment reliability while upholding strict safety and quality standards.
- Location: Greater Cleveland - Northeast Ohio
- Shifts: Opportunities available across all shifts (with overtime as required)
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair complex production machinery, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM routines on all plant equipment to minimize downtime and extend machine life cycles.
- Facility Support: Safely move and install heavy equipment within the facility, managing all necessary utility connections.
- Electrical Systems: Perform industrial electrical wiring and component troubleshooting up to 460 VAC.
- System Controls: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, hydraulic blueprints, and work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift and other specialized rigging/moving equipment as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing or precision-machining environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise across a broad range of trades, including:
- Industrial Electrical (up to 460 VAC)
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- PLCs and Blueprint Reading
- General Facilities Maintenance (Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry)
- Capabilities: Strong mechanical aptitude, deep familiarity with industrial tools, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including climbing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery.
- Core Competencies: A stellar attendance record, a commitment to workplace safety, and the flexibility to work overtime to support production schedules.
- Plus Factor: Prior experience working with Injection Molding Machines is highly advantageous.
