PalletOne, Inc. in Siler City, NC is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing manufacturing team.

You will support daily operations by maintaining and repairing equipment, following safety standards, and building hands-on technical skills in an industrial setting. The role offers hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00, with opportunities to advance through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs independently.
• Willingness to provide personal tools as required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Repair and inspect mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
• Assist troubleshooting equipment issues and identify solutions.
• Follow OSHA safety standards including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Read basic machine schematics with limited guidance.
• Organize parts and tools in designated locations.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
