Job summary

PalletOne, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and install equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision. The role involves routine maintenance, record-keeping, and participation in special projects.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with capability to use hydraulic/pneumatic tools and to read basic schematics. OSHA safety practices are essential on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to use hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and other small tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and installs equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision.
• Maintains a variety of records; participates in special projects; and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
• Reads and understands basic machine schematics with minimal guidance.
• Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out and OSHA guidelines.
