Job summary

HM Dunn AeroSystems, Inc. is seeking an (18) skilled maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery and electrical systems at our Wichita facility.

You will manage used oil, universal waste, and hazardous waste storage, while supporting environmental compliance and safety programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years working with CNC/manual machines in aerospace, familiarity with Makino equipment, and experience with Fanuc/Siemens/Mazatrol controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working on CNC and manual machines required.
• Aircraft parts manufacturing experience preferred.
• Makino machines experience preferred.
• 3+ years with Fanuc, Siemens and Mazatrol controls.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation.
• Repair or replace defective components on CNC/manual machines.
• Install and repair high voltage electrical apparatus and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks.
• Set up and operate lathes, grinders, drills, and mills.
• Operate welding equipment to join metal parts.
• Handle facilities maintenance tasks (carpentry, lighting, plumbing).
• Comply with safety rules and EH&S requirements.
