Qualifications

• High school graduation or the equivalency.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Frederick County driving permit.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of building system components (HVACR, plumbing, carpentry, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVACR.
• Perform general labor tasks and site preparation.
• Maintain building systems and equipment under close supervision.
• Assist with renovation projects and demolition activities.
• Operate hand tools and power tools and follow blueprints and specifications.
