Quality Talent Group is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to support maintenance of mining and processing equipment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs to keep plant operations running safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, basic mechanical skills, and willingness to follow PPE requirements. On-site work in Northglenn, Colorado with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean-shaven for proper fit).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
