Quality Talent Group is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our client’s industrial teams in Centennial, Colorado. The role focuses on performing preventative maintenance and addressing equipment issues to keep mining and processing operations running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma and basic mechanical skills, including welding and hand tools. Training and opportunities for growth are available within a large North American operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical repair or industrial environments preferred.
• Basic welding skills (stick/arc) and light fabrication useful.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and cutting torch techniques.
• Basic computer skills and data entry for maintenance logs.
• Preferred: experience operating skid-steer or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts commonly used.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
