You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to keep equipment running smoothly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic mechanical skills, plus any experience with welding or operating equipment like skid-steer is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding and light fabrication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: experience operating skid-steer or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements and respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
