Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to store repair and maintenance requests/issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in categories such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and general building maintenance.
• Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and ensure thorough cleanup of the repair area.
• Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
• Follow all company safety, security policies, and procedures; report safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
