ProAmpac Beaverton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production running safely and efficiently. You will work independently or with a team, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with motors, sensors, and CMMS.

Competenze

2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair.
Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment quickly in a production environment.
Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors, and industrial machinery preferred.
Exposure to PLCs or automated systems is a plus, but not required and not a primary focus of the role.
Experience with CMMS or work order systems preferred.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on urgency and practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, climbing, etc.).
Strong teamwork mindset with a safety-first attitude.

Mansioni

Assist with equipment breakdowns and help restore machines to service safely and efficiently.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, including motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and controls.
Assist with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems used in production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve day-to-day equipment issues with guidance from experienced technicians.
Complete work orders and prioritize tasks based on production needs and urgency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS or work order systems.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Learn plant equipment, systems, and maintenance processes to develop advanced troubleshooting skills.
Identify potential equipment issues and communicate them to the maintenance team.
