Job summary

ALL Crane Service, LLC in Independence, OH is seeking an entry level General Labor & Maintenance Team Member to maintain and clean buildings, operate basic tools, and support other workers. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with comprehensive benefits and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

The position requires 40 hours per week with overtime as needed, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and safe operation of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and clean-up of buildings.
• Clean and/or pressure wash vehicles and equipment.
• Provide physical labor and assist other workers as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools and a variety of equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and regulations.
• Paint, mow the yard, snow removal; operate snow blower in winter.
• Other duties as assigned.
