ALL Crane Service, LLC in Independence, OH is seeking an entry-level General Labor & Maintenance team member to maintain buildings and grounds. This full-time, non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and a $100 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

You will perform building maintenance, vehicle/equipment cleaning, and assist others as needed, with potential outdoor maintenance including snow removal seasonally.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and in varied conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance and clean-up of buildings.
• Cleaning and/or pressure washing of vehicles and equipment.
• Provide physical labor and assist other workers as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and regulations.
• Paint, mow the yard, snow removal and snow blower operation in winter.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
