Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• One or more years of machining experience in a shop environment.
• Basic proficiency with manual machining equipment such as lathes and grinders.
• Willingness to work in both shop and occasional field settings.
• CNC software experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machine tools to produce parts to print specifications.
• Assist with machine setup and tool selection.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance and document measurements.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow safety rules.
• Support repair and refurbish of compressor components.
• Collaborate with senior machinists and technicians to meet schedules.
