Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation: learn to set up and operate machine centers for precision machining.
• Quality and Inspection: measure and inspect finished components with precision instruments and ensure conformance to specs.
• Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Safety and Continuous Improvement: follow safety policies and participate in process improvements.
• Collaborative work: coordinate with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and fellow machinists.
