Job summary

Haigh-Farr Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Machinist in Bedford, NH to join our aerospace machining team. No prior experience required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

You will work with senior machinists, assist in CNC milling and lathe operations, and help inspect parts for quality. We offer on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and a benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; co-op in senior year considered.
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude required.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior machinists to gain hands-on experience.
• Practice machine shop safety and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist in operation of CNC milling machines and manual lathes.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy against blueprints.
• Read basic drawings and perform simple machine/tool setups.
• Support general shop duties as needed.
