Entry-Level Manufacturing Machine Operator

Location: 1801 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987

Facility: MN280 Manufacturing Facility

Part-time Shift(s): MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN | All Hours Available | Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

As a Part-time Entry-Level Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will set up and operate various equipment such as saws, threading machines, bending machines, lathes, mills, and other manual and/or CNC machines. This is an entry-level role with training provided. Opportunities for advancement may become available based on your ability to learn, understand, and perform the required skills and duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn the operation and capabilities of multiple machines.
2. Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
3. Perform accurate inspections of products.
4. Assist other team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
4. Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
5. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 100 lbs.
10. Pass the required drug screening (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).

Preferred Qualifications:
