Manufacturing Welder & Machinist

Location: 1801 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU 2:00pm - 12:30am

OVERVIEW:

As a Manufacturing Welder & Machinist, you will weld and machine custom parts, setting up and operating equipment such as MIG Welders, TIG Welders, Turning Centers, Machining Centers, and manual equipment. Candidates must understand welding techniques and machine capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set up fixturing to MIG and TIG weld parts to print.
2. Learn operation of robotic welder.
3. Assist other employees as needed.
4. Perform accurate inspections on products.
5. Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
5. Organizational, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
10. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 100 lbs.
11. Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of welding techniques per AWS standards (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW).
2. Degree or experience in machining.
