Tate Americas is hiring for an entry level Operator in the Press Weld Paint department in Red Lion, PA. You will learn and operate machinery, position parts to production standards, inspect for quality, and complete required paperwork while following all safety and process procedures.

The role emphasizes quick learning, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, compliance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to use measuring tools and read gauges accurately.

Responsibilities

• Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment in the Press Weld Paint department.
• Position parts and monitor equipment to meet production standards.
• Inspect panels/parts to ensure quality and report issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to move materials safely.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and safety manuals.
• Report quality or safety concerns to supervisors.
