Job summary

Solatube is looking for an entry-level Operator in Red Lion, PA, to operate and maintain equipment in the Press Weld Paint department. This full-time role offers an opportunity to learn about machinery while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The compensation ranges from $18.25 to $19.47 per hour, along with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for an 8-hour shift.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery in the Press Weld Paint department.
• Monitor operations on equipment while producing according to standards.
• Inspect panels to verify they meet quality standards.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
