Job summary

Tate Americas, a Kingspan Data Solutions unit, is seeking an entry level Operator in Red Lion, PA. You will operate and maintain machinery in the Press Weld Paint department and have the opportunity to learn equipment across the Lamination department, producing to production standards.

You will follow SOPs, complete production reports, uphold safety and quality policies, and participate in training and mentorship within a collaborative culture. Tate Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to interface with a diverse workforce.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to use various measuring tools and instruments.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work near moving machinery.

Responsibilities

• Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Lamination department.
• Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing product to standards.
• Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications and quality; notify issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for movement of product or material.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, JSAs and safety manuals.
• Raise quality/safety concerns to supervision or leadership.
