Tate Americas in Red Lion, PA is seeking an entry-level Operator for the Press Weld Paint department. You will learn all equipment, operate machinery, and contribute to production standards while maintaining quality.

You will follow safety procedures, complete production reporting, and collaborate with a team committed to continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to use measuring tools safely (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of equipment in the Press Weld Paint department.
• Position parts and monitor operations to meet production standards.
• Inspect panels for quality and notify issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for moving product.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, JSAs and safety manuals.
• Report quality or safety issues per policy.
