Job summary

Tate Inc. in Red Lion, PA is seeking an entry-level Operator to learn and operate machinery in the Understructure department, with opportunities to gain knowledge of lamination processes.

You will learn equipment, monitor production, perform quality checks, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment while complying with all SOPs and safety policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 40 lbs, stand all shift, and read instructions as you contribute to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for 8 hours and handle moving parts.
• Experience using measuring instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate equipment in the Lamination department.
• Position parts and monitor operations to meet production standards.
• Inspect panels and parts to verify specifications and report issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately.
• Move product using banding equipment and hand-jacks.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Follow SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and Safety Manual.
• Report quality and safety concerns to supervision.
