Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year machine operating experience.
• Must be able to learn quickly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Log production status in Shop-Trak and track material moves.
• Load, unload, receive, and store raw materials.
• Set up machines and calibrate for production cycle.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings via CAM programs.
• Perform periodic checks and troubleshoot issues during shift.
• Complete work to meet production schedules.
• Assist cross-training on other machines/equipment.
• Identify product defects and report nonconformances.
• Coordinate movement of parts to the next operation.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain equipment and workplace.
