Arktura LLC, a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries, seeks an entry-level machine operator in Carson, CA. You will learn to set up and run production machines, follow safety protocols, and support the metals/felt value stream in a fast-paced facility.

Under supervision, you will assist with loading materials, calibrating equipment, monitoring cycles, and basic maintenance while documenting operations. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year machine operating experience.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain machinery.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies.
• Prepare machines to start a production cycle, calibrate and clean as required.
• Operate and monitor production machine(s) per specifications.
