Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. The position involves setting up and pre-running equipment for startup, managing line speeds and batch formulas, and ensuring product quality and safety.

You will document downtime, HACCP, and other SOPs using SAP and internal training materials. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with up to a year of relevant experience, is physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and can work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0--1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) utilizing SAP, SOPs, safety operation, training.
