Schwan’s Company in Fullerton, CA is seeking a production operator for a 1st shift. You will set up equipment, manage line speeds, monitor batch formulas, and ensure product quality and safety in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Eligible applicants have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities are included as part of a comprehensive package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Stand and walk on concrete floors and tolerate varying temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment operation.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product appearance and safety.
• Complete required paperwork including downtime, HACCP, and SAP/SOP documentation.
