Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring an entry-level Production Worker in Emmett, ID, starting at $17.85–$19.00 per hour on swing shift. The role includes monitoring lumber flow, basic maintenance, and maintaining a clean work area, with primary duties across Edger, Resaw, Trimmer, and other equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Production experience a plus.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Sawmill experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment and lumber flow to prevent production interruptions.
• Works with maintenance personnel for light preventative maintenance.
• Maintains operation, maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment (Edger, Resaw, Trimmer, Sorter/Stacker, Stacker outfeed, Debarker).
• Keeps a clean and organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
