Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll work with a friendly team to provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.

No prior automotive experience is required. Through our award-winning training, you’ll learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery care, and more. We offer $17.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as an Lube Technician.
• We seek team members with schedule flexibility and a friendly attitude.
• You must be able to read and understand training materials and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance.
• Change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers; complete an 18-point maintenance check.
