Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Midland, MI is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly team and receive award-winning training to learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, batteries, lights, and more. No prior automotive experience is required, with a clear path to advancement.

You’ll provide excellent customer service while performing preventative maintenance, supported by a collaborative environment and strong growth opportunities within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services.
• Perform oil changes, rotate tires, check fluids, and inspect/replace lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.
