Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Mount Pleasant, MI. No automotive experience required; you’ll receive hands-on training to perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, and conduct an 18-point safety inspection while delivering an friendly service to customers.

Earn $16 per hour with weekly pay, with options for career growth into management within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive on-the-job training.
• English fluency in reading and speaking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires, inspect and replace batteries.
