Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Troy, OH is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You’ll perform oil changes and preventive maintenance under an award-winning training program designed to build your skills and confidence.

No automotive experience is required; training is provided. You will stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and contribute to safe, high-quality service for our guests.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check and service vehicles.
• Provide friendly customer service and safe, quality maintenance.
