Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Grand Chute, WI seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will perform basic vehicle maintenance and provide excellent customer service in a friendly, collaborative team environment. Training will teach you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, batteries, lights, and an 18-point inspection.

No prior automotive experience required; earning potential starts with hourly pay and benefits as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Shift flexibility with weekend availability.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a customer-focused team.
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials, safety procedures, and instructions.
• English reading, writing, and speaking fluency.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; work in a non climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids.
