Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Shawano, WI is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly, team-oriented environment and help keep guests safe on the road by performing preventative maintenance and top-tier customer service.

Through our award-winning training, you’ll learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights, and perform an 18-point maintenance check, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires and batteries.
• Test and replace batteries and lights as part of maintenance.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check and report any issues.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests.
