Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience is required; we provide award-winning training to perform oil changes and routine maintenance while delivering top-tier customer service.

You’ll learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, inspect batteries, and more. This role offers weekly pay at $16.50 per hour, with a clear path to management within 18–24 months, plus debt-free education and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Schedule flexibility is preferred, including weekend availability.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers as required.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check and notify customers of necessary services.
