Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician in Redmond, WA. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team and help guests stay safe on the road by performing oil changes and preventive maintenance with guided training.

No automotive experience is required — our award-winning program teaches you how to change oil, refill fluids, rotate tires, and complete an 18-point safety check. Training leads to career growth in a supportable environment.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• You should bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point safety check.
• Assist with other preventative maintenance services as needed.
