Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Green Bay, WI seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will learn through our award-winning training program and perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, and light/battery inspections while delivering friendly, reliable customer service.

No automotive experience is required to start; the team supports your growth and offers benefits, training, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance for vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids; rotate tires; test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers; perform an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service and keep guests safe on the road.
