Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at our Hudson, WI location. You’ll perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and conduct a comprehensive 18-point maintenance check while delivering excellent customer service.

No automotive experience is required; a company-trained program will teach you the skills needed, with opportunities to advance to a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service and maintain guest safety.
